Where to start. I've been on Shards since it was known by another name. On and off. I can log into all my accounts, but all my characters are missing. I remember most of their names, and whatnot, but they're not what I'm after. There was one item, which I bought for 50 plat a very long time ago. I'd like my dudes back, but I wanted to start anew, anyway, so they're not too important. Just my one little, near useless item. Is there a form or something like that to get missing characters back, or even just my item, which I don't really want to let the name out incase I can't get it back.
