Misrilda the Scarred's quest.

I have been working on this quest for a few days now and most of it has gone without issue but when i got to the "Si'Thl" spiders in Lasanth i hit a brick wall.

The wiki states the named spider as well as the normal trash near it can drop the Si'thl venom pouch but ive dont about 20 clears of the 7 spiders with no luck.

all im asking for is either a confirmation that it can drop from the trash mobs and or a small increase to drop chance. the limited amount of mobs plus long respawn make this very awful to farm compared to the other pieces of the quest (which may be intended but who knows).

When I did the quest (long time ago) I got mine from a non-named spider. When I killed the named spider for another quest, it also dropped one.

It did take a few clears.

well that's a start, at least i know they can drop it (unless their drop tables got borked but chances are that isnt the case)

I got one off the named spider a year or more ago. I heard, though I've only killed her once, that it drops from the named spider every time...

edit - this is a super item btw, I've been using it on the shaman for a while.

If I recall, the regular spiders can drop the pouch very very rarely and the named is a guaranteed drop.

This quest was put in before the named spider became such a contested mob. I will look into the drop rates tonight to see if they are still realistic.

25 clears seems like it might just be bad luck, though, too.
