Looking at this item only a Rng,Bst and to some degree bards actually use mana. Having 185 mana on the item doesn't benefit most classes on the weapon. Can Mana be changed to some HP possibly?
 
I don't see a problem with this. A huge bonus of mana for rangers and beastlords is a good thing.

It's a common trash drop, with the best weapon ratio in the game. It has nothing but mana for that exact reason.
