Minotaurs in steamfront

So Ive been killing the stonerage minotaurs clan in steamfront. And looks like Drel is part of a quest but the others have no drop heads,, Was looking around but no info on if these are part of another quest or just junk..anyone know?

Im not sure if this is part of any quest, I tried looking around but no luck. I do find it quite humorous that these guys just stand there waiting to be killed. If you find any info on the quest please post it in the quests forum, I would like to know.
