Minor Item Change

I have an item change request, and it is not exactly a complaint about the item. I just finished the new quest in Lfay and received the Inherited Founder's Mantle as my quest reward and at quick glance at the item I thought wow, This is an EXCELLENT upgrade for myself! Especially going into this quest blind and not knowing what to expect in the end. And then the dread grasped at me upon closer inspection of the item. The item was indeed all/all and seemed entirely useful to me, an enchanter, until I realized there was WIS on the shoulder piece for sure, yet no INT.

I am not sure if it was simply overlooked or intentional, but for the item change I would like there to be an equal amount of INT to WIS on the Inherited Founder's Mantle. It appears to be a very good piece of gear, but a potentially upgrade-turned bagged clicky makes me sad. Especially after the climax- anti-climax and then disappointment from the quest.

Thanks for lending me 20 seconds reading this ;).

I see no reason why it wouldn't have INT, since INT and WIS don't count against eachother on an item.

It's entirely up to the item designer if they want to make an item equally desirable amongst all the classes that can use it. Just because something is All/All, it doesn't mean the item has to be perfect for each and every class that can use it.

This quest involves the retrieval of the Charter of Kelethin. Kelethin is a woodelf city. No woodelfs can be an int caster. Lore-ish reasoning = it works.

Balance wise - this quest can be done by anyone, its all/all reward ... etc.

I understand that it Is entirely up to the item-dever; I guess I'm just really hoping it was an overlooked little something.

The WIS usable classes I've shown this to has absolutely fallen in love with it and are on their way to complete the quest themselves, and all the INT classes I've linked to felt the same heartpang as I at realizing there isn't any INT for them. It seems as though the majority of responses I've gotten back are "The item is probably going to simply be another bag clicky illusion for most players", which just causes more sighing.

(I'm struggling to convince myself that I am did not write this thread up simply because I feel like I get the least benefit from the item being an enchanter)

Upon continuous looking at the new item, I believe even a WIS to INT ratio of 2:1 would still make this item infinitely more usable in INT eyes.
