- Celestial Health, Celestial Healing, Celestial Elixir, Ethereal Elixir and Elixir of Bliss have all been adjusted to heal slightly more (total) than their similar level direct heal counterparts for slightly less mana. As before, they are affected by all focus effects (including crits) that affect normal heals. This makes them generally more effective spells, in exchange for the tradeoff of being slow to work.
- To pick the locks of treasure chests you must now put the lockpicks on your cursor and click the chest in question, just as though you were picking the lock of a door.
- Lowered the difficulcy level (generally hp and/or damage done, but in some cases the changes were on amount of mobs spawned, etc) on a number of low-tier encounters.
- Increased the hp on Mi`Firah in Plane of Air.
 
- Reduced the damage done by Magus Xavara and her puppets slightly.
- Elemental Attuned Sealer is no longer flagged NO RENT.
- Increased the difficulty of Lok`atal, The Deep One and Flamelord Koltar.
- Increased the droprate of Timeless Gems and Essences in Thazeran's Tower slightly.
 
- The first two rooms past the zone-in point in Thazeran's Tower are no longer quite as safe as before, and may not be the best locations to pull to.
