Mini update 22/9

- Mandy Wandersong's information gathering quest now has a continuation. You will be able to get a second quest from her if you have finished her info gathering quest.
- Ilmer the Skald has a new quest series for bards that result in unique instrument augments. There are no other instrument augments in the game at the moment.
- Dal Dannan will now invite bards to join the rogue guild for a small fee if you talk to him. This gets you access to a fence, rogue tools and pick lock training facilities in the Twisted Palm Guildhall.
