Meteoric iron ore

Anyone know what the Meteoric Iron ore is for that drops in Cmal? its nodrop so im assuming its either for a quest or something else. any info would be nice.
 
If you collect 20 stacks of it and run around Athica screaming "I'M A PRETTY LADY" Wiz will give you the Patriarch.

but something tells me nobody really knows.
