Memory error game crash

game loaded fine.
gets to select server screen. click join or w/e it is
game minimizes
drops to desktop small black screen top left for like 3 4 seconds then get this error


the instruction at 0x1004f31f referenced memory at 0x000000000. the memory could not be read.

tried running scans and reloading didn't find anything
ideas?

Make sure that your game resolution doesn't exceed your systems max resolution.
