Melodic breastplate - please clarify whether the overhaste stacks with overhaste song

I was told the clicky from melodic is pretty much useless by several other bards, but what wasnt sure was whether the overhaste from its proc is "giantkin-kind" - meaning to stack with our normal overhaste song - or not.

If it was just a "normal" overhaste song that would pretty much suck and kind of make the whole clicky so useless since most of the time we do sing tarhyls anyway..

Hope to hear that it DOES stack with tarhyls.
