Immaculate plate boots start out with +8 cha, and when
upgraded for bards they lose that cha.

Seems like an oversight to me, since charisma is actually a
great stat for a bard, and these are meant to be a bard
specific item once upgraded.

Could the +8 cha be kept with the upgrade, not even
asking for a boost, everything else seems in line, just
seems funny to get a downgrade in a stat from an item
upgrade lol.
 
Unless the -charisma is part of an overarching template, then the removal of the charisma doesn't make much sense. Even still I can't think of a reason why the charisma was removed from the boots.

Possibly the bracer assuming you can have an upgraded version and just the immaculate, but still these are the boots not the bracers. Some investigation into this would probably be worth it.
 
very good point. charisma is one of the bards main stats. would be a shame to get an upgrayedd of -8 cha =(
 
I mean by the time you get these 8 char wont really make or break your toon but it would be cool.
 
Strangely... the Melodic have an extra 5 STA.

TBH: At the higher tiers, Id be tempted to argue that the drop in CHA for the gain in STA is a good thing all around.

Now, at the higher tiers, I'm rarely short on CHA but always short on STA when I really really need it.
