So I'm assuming this guy is supposed to exist since there's an article on him, a quest he gives, and another reference to him in the Thurgadin NPC list. But I can't find him, nobody seems to know anything about him, other than the sightings 6 or so years ago evidenced by the people who wrote/updated the wiki article on the quest. I've checked both day and night, tracking, peeked into all the buildings (especially the Rogue guild where he should presumably be located - which is an Artist NPC's house now I think) with See Invis even.
Given that he's a Rogue master and would act as a trainer in Thurgadin and not just a (granted, pretty crummy) questgiver you would think some people would know about him - can anyone weigh in on that?
Anyway I feel like there could never really be enough intermediary quests, especially ones that grant faction, so it's a little puzzling when some seem to go missing.
