Master or merchant faction

I have tried searching the forums but havent been able to find a direct answer to this question here or on the wiki.
I take responsibility but accidently killed a banker in underhill. Was not intentional. a wrong keystroke when looking through the /cm listview . I can still use the banker but not of the regular merchants in underhill Newport will sell to me.. The ones under the dock will. Is there any way or Quest I can do to improve master faction with merchants? I understand it was my mistake but it was not part of some quest. or me goofing around just a mistake. Thanks in advance for any help or info anyone can provide.

My necro is also KoS in Underhill due to the Amulet of Cult quest I did over one year ago. If anyone has some info on how I can get un-KoS to the gnome guards I'd appreciate sharing it.

I did this in athica but i had high enough faction that it only took me down to indiff...I would say the reclaimer? or what ever the mobs name was out side of SNP but i think she got removed a few patches back. What is your faction exactly?

Well im dubious to gnomes and to merchants around the world. I can still buy items from under the docks in south newport at night. and fromt he merchant near the docks in goblinskull but no one else that i can see. I guess the frustrating part is i did it accidently while i was trying to buy an item while in the bank after looking through the /cm listview 10 . My pet killed banker in like 2 swipes. The reconciliator in centaur hills doesnt think i have any problem i can walk through cities no problem just no access to merchants.. I can understand if i killed my faction doing a quest but i was trying to buy items the only way i can.

Well...
Go out & kill Stuff for faction (& loot that gives faction obv.). Dubios means that they talk to you, so you can turn in +faction items (NP bounty tokens and the like). Once your faction raises, you will be able to trade with them again.
