https://wiki.shardsofdalaya.com/wiki/Master_Hysath is on a different faction than most of Grobb so it is possible to be non-kos to basically everyone in grobb but he will still be KOS. please change his faction to match the rest of the city. kinda annoying for non-resident races that get Grobb neck as he is between the port in and the bank depending on time of day.
