I have been trying to raise Blackscale faction (as denoted in a prior thread, but I believe this may be an actual bug) by turning in Darksun Headbands to Master Hysath in Grobb because I believe that there is another Iksar monk quest after the Venom Claws quest.
I spent several hours camping Darksun Headbands. And upon turning four of them in Master Hystath said, "Continue to prove your worth. Rise above the pathetic thing you are." However, unlike when I did the quest several weeks ago, this time I did not receive any faction raise with the Order of Blackscale. I did not get any faction message at all, actually.
I would be thrilled to see this fixed (Or, not quite as thrilled to be corrected) as I wasted 5 headbands doing turnins (first four as a group, and then one more after hailing/triggering) with no faction bump at all.
