Mass ports

It was maybe asked before, but I wanetd to know if it's intentional the following zones don't have a Wizard Mass version :
OSM, N.Badlands, RSP , WFC, GD , Heartlands (think this one was recently discussed) [sorry if I forget/add some by mistake]

And if it wouldn't be too much of a bother to add them, for the sole sake of uniformity ?

The ratio of 61-65 wizard vs non wizard spells is wack as it is, thanks but no thanks.

The intention of adding a 'Mass' for these zones is probably not going to be used often by the 65+ crowd. Perhaps making some 50-60 mass spells might be an option?

how would you feel about adding a seperate spell drop category for all port spells, then removing them from the 62-63 and 63-64 spell drop tables, then batch adding the new table at a mild chance to everything that is capable of dropping 63 spells?
