MoP is there for the lazy. If you want convenience, buy a port?
Honestly, that sounds like a coding nightmare. Think about it. If you could randomly place zone ins/zone outs, don't you think it would have been done? That's akin to asking, "Hey, can I make it so when I zone into Athica, it puts me right at the bank?" It's a zone in.

Pretty sure this is done. Zone ins like port necks and zone outs like south wastes to tipt were clearly not there to begin with.
But I still think putting newbies next to their guild master makes more sense.
Can't imagine it would be hard.
When I'm lagging the game tells me I'm warp hacking and ports me to a spot I was at 10 seconds ago... And that's a VARIABLE relocation. A constant relocation has to be way easier than that.
That said, is 20seconds of running really too much for you?
I'd love to see "Ring of MoP" potions though.

How to do this: 1) Use random gateneck to random major city.
2) Enter MoP.
Or are you too lazy to quest gate necks?
