mandy wandersong quest

i started the quest a while back but now none of the bards will give me their reportd and many wont reply to me anyway to fix this? think i might be bugged cause after i started the quest i had a name change but i cant get mandy to answer me either to restart it

Mandy will ask you to find four bards who have not returned reports to her. Find them and tell them "Mandy wants your report."

Hailing them didn't work for me either. However, typing out "Mandy wants your report" did work.
