Manabar stops around 70%

Since lvl 10 or so, i have never been able to med my manabar full. I have deleted and reinstalled sars, i have loaded the default UI, i have deleted all UI files and repatched them, andnothing seems to work. I dont know anything else to do puter side, does anyone have any suggestions? Or is this a bug that is serverside?
 
As I understand it SOD uses a slightly different mana calculation than live. Your UI expects you to have the Live-calculated max, so if you in fact have less than that it will show you maxing out below 100% mana. I'm not sure there's a fix, but the discrepancy decreases and finally disappears as you gain levels (possibly also as you gain in your mana-giving stat, though I'm not sure).

You're not getting less mana than you're supposed to; simply a different amount than the UI expects.
