mana stuck at 81%

I seem to be having a bug here on my shaman sometime after I got meditate at level 8 where my mana will not regen past 81%. It seems to jump between 81%-84% and then back to 81% again. Apparently there are a few others having this problem as well.

I wasn't able to find any references or posts regarding this issue with the forum search, so if this is a common question my apologies in advance, but any assistance to fix this would be greatly appriciated. I can confirm that this bug is traveling between two computers, and while my wife has no issues going to a full blue mana bar on her characters my shaman still does on the same machine and mine.
 
I have heard that this is a common UI bug (and it happened with a bst I played around with for a while he got stuck at 91%) but the fact that it is constant on different machines makes me think otherwise. If it indeed is the UI bug though, you can med all the way up it just will not show up... either way I think it would be less than ideal to not have a solution.
 
it's a client side display bug. Rest assured that whatever it is capping at is your actual cap and the server knows this. It will go away after a few levels.
 
That's very good news. Thanks for clarifying it, I was pretty concerned about it being an actual mana issue and leveling through it as a buffer class.
 
Thinking about it now, I wonder if the perceived mana clientside continues to increase past 100% and when you think you have medded to full the server knows you have not reached full yet :psyduck:
 
yeah am always seeing mana/hp stick at random numbers it look like it goes up then comes back down doesnt matter how long i sit there. but running out of mana or zone refresh fixes it for me /cm refresh
