I am a lvl 63 rogue named Valeroth and had my character made during the time the server was called Winters Roar. I just started playing again and was trying to start the main quest however when i hail the eye ball it does nothing. no response. i went and bought the 2 books and still the eyeball did nothing. I cannot progress through the quest without obtaining the summons. I also had checked my journal and i only have my deity quest. I read the other post by Ink and it seems i am in need of Cy's help. I am guessing i just need flagged or something /shrug. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
