Main Quest - Dryads of the Heartland (Can't go further)

Hello,

I am trying to start Main Quest - Dryads of the Heartland, but when I hail "Hannia" (NE corner of zone in Heartlands) she says:
"Go away, outlander. We have no more patience for your kind." with no dialogue options... (dubious with the Heartland Dryads)
I finished the previous quest: Main Quest - Seekers of Erimal and I'm properly flagged with High Seeker Gavin, who told me to visit the Heartlands to investigate.

I should also add that I am KOS with Silver Crown (mistakenly healed a group member in GSM that killed a Silver Crown patrolling guard), so I can't do the optional quest, Main Quest - Tesia's Task, to raise faction with Heartland Dryads since I can't talk to the Silver Crown officer in Heartlands as part of the quest... (I assume Hannia is part of the Dryad faction?)

I started looking for quests to raise Silver Crown faction, but all of the ones I found require you to talk with or turn in quest items to Silver Crown people, who I am KOS with... (I'm not aligned with any factions at this point)

Later I got a tip from a player in /ooc that "A Silver Crown Bureaucrat" outside of East Freeport on the western outer wall has a quest that can raise SC faction if you're KOS. She's Silver Crown, but indifferent to me, so she won't try to claw my face off when I talk to her, but when you hail her, she just says:
"A Silver Crown Bureaucrat shuffles papers." with no dialogue options.

Did I break the Main Quest? I feel like if the Silver Crown Bureaucrat can be fixed to talk to me and give me a re-conciliatory SC faction quest, then I can talk to the Silver Crown officer in Tesia's Dryad faction quest, then I should be able to talk to Hannia. I sent in a petition last night about the Silver Crown Bureaucrat, but wanted to see if anyone else has an idea to solve this.

I think the reconciliation quest is only if you re pledge to SC.... You may have borked your dryad faction... I dunno a fix for that beyond trying to get a faction buff like from Ambassador's Writ and hoping.

Just not sure what I did to mess up my Dryad faction... all I've ever done in the zone before yesterday was kill robots in the caves. I borrowed Ambassador's Writ from a guild mate last night and tried that, but it didn't work. :(

I checked that NPC in Thurg. She has a good number of factions listed, but Silver Crown isn't on the list.. though I'll go check again just to be sure there's nothing about the Dryads.

I wonder if they would allow you to swear.

I'm just thinking of what a GM might tell you:
1. we wont fix your mistake, pick one of the other factions.
2. we will help you fix you mistake so you can SC.

I don't know if this is the correct route, but if it were me I would petition in game. If a guide can't help, they may be able to give some direction on where to post, who to talk to in IRC, etc.
 
Dryards in Heartlands are 100% optional. just join a faction that doesn't want to kill you and move on.

Interesting... I will just pick Blackscale and try to move on.

I'll just see about swearing to Blackscale and moving on with the quest. Hopefully it works.

Did you swear a deity? This could effect which faction you want to take between blackscale and CoI... I haven't done blackscale myself, but CoI was not to difficult. I have heard that blackscale can be tough.

I swore to Jayla. Isn't that a fairly neutral deity? I'll have to figure out which faction to go with... I'm sure Blackscale is hardcore though.
