My main character is missing from my account. But she still shows up on fomelo so she is still in the database.
I only started playing again recently. Prior to this month, I haven't played since last July (07).
I reviewed all my old ini files and don't see any other missing characters so I'm sure it wasn't on a different account.
I have already tried the log out log in things, tried the create a character thing which I found on other similar posts. but the problem isn't like those posts, its only one character missing, all the others are working.
I have petitioned and sent email, however, the most I got so far was that an admin would have to do it and that "my problem got posted" (not really sure what that part meant). I do admin an emu server locally for my family and friends and understand the database very well.
Bella was created in the Winters Roar era and is a 64 enchanter. My family (Lugosi's online) may be remembered by Wizzy and Coltaine, Wany and others as we have played and raided together. I would hate to loose her.
All I'm looking for with this post is the correct procedures to validate, as I expect the email was deleted since it wasn't asking to restore an account, but a character.
