I was hoping to pump my MR to 200 on my twink SK in preparation to tank Spectral Hunter at 25. I want to resist some of his lifetaps. Is it even reasonable to try to resist it since lifetaps have such a massive -resist check?

If it is possible, what are some lvl 25 or under req MR items?

I know of the MR ring from KK and the deepsea bow from Siren's Grotto. Potions of course too.

I don't know the feasibility of this anymore but you used to be able to get the cmal combined orb thing ranged for this stuff. Although if you want magic resist you should get a melted circuits from undercaverns.

I have absolutely no idea if these have level recs, I don't think they do. I would recommend more but I honestly forgot all of this.

Honestly you are probably better off just doing it without stacking magic resist, -200 is a huge check and your going to need alot more to resist it remotely. I don't really remember if this is true or not but I could of sworn there was something about lower levels having lower resist chances but who knows if I am making this up or not. I just remember that when I had 300+ cold resist snowskin aoe still spanked me 9/10.
