Mage: Summoned Seeking Arrows

Couldnt find it in Erudin's Library or Oasis. Am I blind or should I be looking elsewhere?

The items that used to be in Haven of Lore are now in the Erudin Library. The only other spell that I've not been able to find for my mage was found in Oasis. (Pet shrink)

That spell is defintely not in the Erudin Library on the mage vendor.
