mage summoned item./..

This raises the question in my mind: does the summoned Ring of Velocity stack with the haste from the spell Burnout? I confess I haven't seen a dramatic difference between a pet with a ring and without.
 
I had a possible solution concept. Haste rings get a little modified.

Ring 1 summon at 16 maybe. 5% haste and recovery 1
Ring 2 at 39 still 10% haste and recovery 2
Ring 3 at 49 or 51 or some such ring 3 15% haste and recovery 2 or 3
Ring 4 the same level 25% haste and recovery 3 or 4

Just adds steps while giving something a little earlier on to mages to help folks/pets out. Don't know if this would actually work but just an idea and you guys have always been willing to listen to them.
