this pet seems to cast 2 spells.

Is this a mistake?

I cannot use him when there are mezzed mobs nearby because he can randomly cast an aoe and wake them despite being summoned onto an entirely different mob. The need for CC on alot of fight makes the mage runic 1 not useable with this aspect.

Yes it casts both wiz archiac nuke and mage rain. So you could just treat it like you would any other rain and if something involves CC you just don't cast it...it's not that hard to figure out.

Also if u dont get aggo on the mob that is getting mezzed it won't rain it. Works on your aggro mechanics I am pretty sure not its own.

It can still get added to the agro list of there are any AE's/WW type abilities, but yeah if you can avoid being on the initial agro for the mez target it *shouldnt* add it to the runic 1s agro list.
