Mage Elemental Form and Resist Potions

It appears that Mage Elemental Form does not stack with resist potions.

A quick reference to the Wiki suggests that both use slot 12 (and hence the stacking issue).

Is this intended as I had the vague impression that potions were supposed to stack with everything?

That seems weird, it should be pretty easy to remedy though, whatever slot the old air form used for resists stacked.
