Mage Disposement Spell

[Bridger]

This spell is currently borked.
The spell bar works normally and you get the message that the spell has been cast. But it does no damage or aggro.

The spell has been confirmed as not working. I would be grateful if someone could have a look at this for me.

Looks like I may have broken it (again), trying to make it work properly on planar creatures. Will have a fix in soon.
