And if you mean revert to the archaic 3rd person view, press F9 by default, or simply scroll out on the mouse wheel until it goes into 3rd person.

Or press "i" in game if you wanted to see your in-game equipment and stuff
Or alt-Y if you were looking for your health bar and name on the UI.
