Mace of Diversion - Faction Bound?

You piqued my interest about this. For those curious, here's a (possibly exhaustive) list of weapons that proc slows:

35% Slow:​

• Mace of Diversion (Probably also an undocumented [FACTION BOUND] version)

Does anyone know of a possible Faction Bound version of this mace?

I have it on the SK and would like to go about getting it faction bound and posting the info on the wiki.
Simply looking for pointers in regards to mobs to turn it into. For reference, the SK is Giant Ally.

Iirc faction binding for giant ally loot (i.e., loot off dragons) is done by the giant king.

Yeah you just hand in to the king -- you might have to have finished his badges quest first though. Though with most faction bound items the proc / proc rate doesn't seem to change.

You just need to have high enough faction, not done the badges quest. I think ally.
