lvl 49 necro spell ignite blood --- where is it?

I can't find this spell anywhere, I looked in Grobb/Erudin/Newport. The spell is Ignite blood (level 49, necro).

I think I've seen like 4 posts about it recently... everyone's asking.. it's basically been assumed now that it doesn't exist in game. No admin/gm has commented to say that it does, so we are all moving forward with the assumption that we're SoL for the time being.

Probably someone accidentally took it out from the spell vendor list. The spell still exists in the game, I've used it yesterday.
I bet it will be fixed sometime in the near future.

THAT is good news. I am sure it'll be back in, or addressed in SOME way before I hit 49 in any event.
