lvl 16 sk armor

anybody know where i can get a good set of armor preferably plate for a lvl 16 sk.......id prefer to be able to get it on my own solo

I *think* you should be able to start working on The Wyvernfang Armor Quest.

i know iksar/troll get a few quest pieces from their guild trainer. I believe that DE/Ogre can also wear the armor. You should be able to do a few, if not all, of them solo at 16 and the info is on the wiki.
