LV 52 Druid charm spell!

According to http://wr.camongrel.de/ there is a lv 52 druid spell called:
Call of the Wild (charm animals up to lv53). Since i am a big fan of charmkiting and the HoL library does NOT sell this particular spell...

AAAAAAAAARGH, where is it then? Is it quested? If so, how do I start such a quest in the first place? Where do I start such a quest?

For example, the only quested spell that I did find in the library is for that mage staff.

pls advise!
 
Necro bump but I don't see this spell in the Erudin spell area or for sale by the orcs. Any idea where I could find it?
 
The spell itself exists, however the scroll for it does not. I'll try to have this checked on.
 
Did you check the normal druid vendors in Surefall? The spells on the orcs in oasis were moved back to their respective guilds (even the 50+ spells) at some point. That's where I found the druid 4k heal (lvl 59ish?).
 
This is most likely because this is either:
1) An old live spell.
2) A spell used by a NPC.

Druids get a charm at 55, so I doubt that they get one at 52, too.
