Lowish level plat farming?

Hey guys, trying to get some plat together to buy my wife's pally some dalium armor. I can either farm with my 19 monk and her 19 pally with my 33 shaman or the shaman can just solo it. I can't really find anything that gives decent money. Spent pretty much everything the new toons have made so far on a mithril weapon for her lol. Bonus points if they can get exp while making money.
 
Your shaman may be a bit low, but maybe the low-level cyclops in the Gorge? I was doing them solo in my late 30s, and I noticed a lot of greens at that point (along with a lot of reds, too). They would drop 6-8 plat at a time, I think, plus Giant Blood, which you can sell.
 
The 33 shaman may be able to handle the upper floor in shrouded isle. Pretty decent drops here for lower level cash. Bring lots of backpacks.
 
I think your 19 monk and 19 pally could kill mummified frogloks in MielechA. They only spawn at night, and drop balsam occasionally. Balsam sells to tradeskillers for ~20pp each. There are about 8 spawns and the respawn timer is only 10 minutes. It is frequently camped though, so do a /who search on the zone and ask someone in there if it is being camped before running out there.
 
so you have a 19 monk/33 shaman and your wife has a 19 pally? i'd probably grind in shrouded isle if i were you, all undead, so good for the pally, and with shaman buffs and pally heals, as well as shaman healing between fights, you should be able to pwn the place's first floor, eventually moving to second floor and roof. you could also put a group together doing it, to grind more efficiently.

in shrouded isle, you especially want the named ghouls (should be doable at your level, roughly) for silvered platemail, and the necromancer mobs inside the mansion. the necro mobs drop fine silk robes fairly commonly, i think like 1.5p each at vendor, and skull staves, like 4-5p? at vendor. also somewhat less commonly you will get items for the wyvernfang armor quest, and some low to mid level gems.

definately where i would go to make cash at your level.
 
Yeah I'm trying to. Doing shrouded isle right now and getting decent pp from it. The problem is the pally relies so hard on gear, my monk is currently way better at both dps AND tanking lol.
 
Warrens, plain and simple. I exp'ed there from 18/19 through 31 only left because i was getting the penalty exp...
Plat focus - kill every named & kodiak... the kodiaks stayed blue up to 30/31, and were mix light blue/blue at 31.
my cycle was...
kill king bodyguard and sorcer (if lucky drops will total about 15-25p, then go down where the cave bat lord was on retail, kill him, could drop a non lore axe that was i think 3-5p, go back to kin room go into the little rooms, there's a fall through at the very back to the kodiaks, kill the kodiaks they drop a necklace thats non lore worth 3p, usually got 1-2 per spawn. bloodthirsty kodiaks can drop a 3 plat shoulder.. depending on how quick you do this, king probably wont be up for another 5-10 minutes? check cave bat lord i think that spawns faster than king.. rinse and repeat.. a 1-2 hour session has been netting me about 60-80p, not much but i got exp and lvled while doing it.
Don't forget to vendor farm in athica, seems to be a busy hub that I'm seeing alot of mid level gear hit the vendors, i've farmed 4 pieces of my gear there for about 30p ea.
 
Level up enough to farm some Ice Giants in everfrost, I think its a right of passage...another decent spot that is the sewers in Yaralith, they drop some nice gems.

The shaman should have no problems there. I used to farm it on a mid 30's sk, which is how I got the money to twink out aisling.
