Obviously, this doesn't effect me, since I already have run speed, as do 90% of lvl 60's.. But I was talking to a lower lvl person the other day, and they were asking me about the Jboots. And it seems, a little bit rough. It should be easy to complete for a couple of lvl 30's.. maybe even a lvl 40 solo person... Because it's basically pointless past 51, seeing as how a person who wants the speed can get 3 AA's in about 4 hours or so. Rather then spending 6+ camping/buying the items for Jboots...
No one around or under 40 or so will be able to complete it. They need that firstruins necklace.. Ok, that's fair. Its campable at lvl 30 or so, but it will take hours upon hours. Then the diamond... Drops randomly off lvl 45+ mobs??? Or they can buy it for 500PP.. That's a fortune for someone under lvl 40... But then there is the render hide.. A mob that's blue to a lvl 60... That's a hugely tough kill for a lvl 40.. To swim all the way out there, and kill it in the water, or even drag it back to shore.
Seems a bit unbalanced, that's all.
