The fire boss encounter in lower thaz (Tashkal the Molten) is very buggy.. particularly when the frogs come out. The frogs will summon people under the lava sometimes regardless of if people get a frog on them from the mechanic. (with or without multiple raids in the zone)
It looks like also if multiple raids are in the zone, this encounter can/will/has aggroed other raids in the zone (Thaz the great guardian was the other raid encounter happening in the zone when this happened). -- Raids will get 18+ man lockout bugs going on and frogs will be in the ceiling / floor / all over the place and will keep summoning people to the ceiling. I believe that the moment we aggroed the boss the other raid also got aggro because some people weren't able to attack / heal at the start of the fight (over 18 lockout).
I've also seen this encounter bug out on the adds just prior to the boss in the boss room; where we got up to the stage with the 3 farhag adds to kill and they just couldn't be aggroed and we couldn't continue the fight. This was with just 1 raid in the zone.
