Lower-end Quested Gear Rewards

As the start of Season 2 approaches, there are some quests that have been regarded by the community as difficult/time-consuming, but give rewards that are either:
- not appropriate for the effort put in, (think Swiftshot, a quest that requires you to gather rare components from all over the world) or
- easily replaced (think Killamajig, which requires you to combine two rare weapons for a new weapon)

Below is a summary of some of the communities concerns for quest rewards that might need attention before Season 2 starts. These rewards may not be appropriate and/or might not last, based on the effort put in.

This being said, are there any additional quested weapons/rewards not listed here that you feel need addressing? Please post them below.
 
The first things that come to mind are the rewards to some of the more difficult Plane of Lore and Giant / Dragon Faction Quests:

Heritage in Doubt (Scale Alliance) - (Ancient Scaled Warblade, Branch of Draconic Birthright, Harp of Dragon Flame, Melded Scale Dagger, Tome of Draconic Rituals)
Heritage in Doubt (Stormhammers) - (Blade of Shojar's Chosen, Stormkeeper's Rod, Scepter of the Coralshas, Hand of the Conqueror, Greatspear of the Storm, Hammer of the Frozen Wastes)

A little lower level you have:
Telvosh's Request - (Drape of the Scale, Prism Talisman, Girdle of Dragonkind)

Don't even remember the rewards for this because it was so hard and hasn't been done by anybody in a long time:

I'd also love to extend Dungeon Delvers beyond Emberflow - this is already good, but would love to take it to upper-level 6-mans:
Dungeon Delvers III - (Sage's Amulet)

@AngryCow would be a good person to ping on these old quests as he's a treasure trove of old-SOD knowledge.

Helping the Theron quest is broken and gives no reward. It would be cool if the third of the polore quests was looked at.
