Earrings, rings, and range slot items seem to be very hard to find at low levels. I hit lvl 30 with those slots still empty. I'd like to suggest adding a few quests in the Grobb/Oggok area that are the equivalent of the Mistwoods newbie quests where you can pick up a ring, earring and range item. (old fishing grub, defenders insignia type of gear). Nothing earth shattering but great for low levels.
If you make the quest NPC neutral and put them in the right spot you can probably serve both the Grobb and Oggok areas.
