Low Mana Cost Wizard Spell Vendors

Would it be possible to add one of these vendors to the Wizard guild in Taldor Malath? There is one in pretty much every other starting city - though most will not deal with a froglok.
At the moment the only place I could find to get the 5 mana cost wiz nukes for a lvl 1 Froglok wizard is Oggok....Justs feels wrong (to me) that a frog has to travel to an ogre town to buy essential spells when the largest Wiz guild building is in his "home" city.

oggok is a great place for int casters.. Its like a strip mall in the central portion with an outparcelled bank located convieniently nearby..

Frogloks can be wizards, yet they have to stump to ogres to buy a certain spell.
I agree, there should be manaless nukes in taldor malath, or some other close by zone. I'm a froglok, and personally I don't dealing with ogres. Too smelly =p
