I have level 17 monk/shaman duo wearing cloth and leather. I have no idea where to go to kill for low level items. If anyone has a vendor with cheap low level items if they posted here I would guess that many of us newbies would flock there to buy items. I realize that it may not be worth the time for level 60's but anyway I can hope.

Klawde's Vendor just inside oggok has low priced gear for both the noobie and the mid level character. Most stuff 20pp or less.. Some stuff up to 200+pp
Oggok is friendly to anyone who hasnt betrayed their people (yes even gnomes) so feel free to zone in and check it out, convieniently located near any translocator.

I go through waves on my vendor. Somehow I come into contact with a lot of lower level equipment and throw it all on my vendor. However a few days later it's all gone. So I guess you just have to be quite vigilant in checking vendors, as the lower level stuff goes rather quickly.
