Low Level Buff Timers

Given that 2.5 is around the corner and potentially new/returning players will be coming into this mix, some of the lower level buff timers should be looked into. There is already a lot of downtime having to get back mana after killing a handful of mobs xping, most of the buffs are not group wide. So by the time you finish buffing, med back up from that process... You get around 20 minutes (with twink duration items) before you need to start recasting buffs in a never ending chain of annoyance.

Usually this leads to just saying screw it and only redoing the biggest hp/ac buff, haste, and clarity. Meaning all those other nifty buffs go by the wayside wondering why you bothered even acquiring them.

The recent buff adjustments to spells like goe and druid relic ds were great and indeed has made rebuffing happen less. Unfortunately the lower versions of spells just didn't get touched up in the process so these changes only help those who are level 65.

Plus at the lower tiers, healers and caster dps generally aren't anywhere near as efficient as high tier characters. This means med breaks are pretty common even during routine exp/farming groups at the best of times, let alone in the case of a bad pull or tough named or whatever. Having even more down time on top of that just to refresh buffs is pretty annoying and doesn't really serve any purpose.
