Loremaster Tresaria and the main quest.

After recieving my gemstone of learning Loremaster tresaria will not respond to my telling her I wish to continue on my path. Is there a level requirement to continue?
 
Yes, level 20 if you mean after receiving your Gemstone of History(she doesn't give learning).
