Looting duplicated Lore Items

- - -Is it possible to change it the way it is now to just not letting you loot that item? or that the item that is deleted is the new one, leaving the old one as it was?
- - -I´m losing some stuff in this way (wich I can´t recover due to lack of snapshots or any other evidence) and it's quite counter-productive, besides of embarrasing =/
 
If you try to loot a lore container, then things get funky. I've seen it purge the one you already had, then slap the new one inside of another container and then when you log/zone, place the new one that you had pulled OUT of the other container into a pri/sec slot. Lore containers are the only items that I've seen do crazy things when you loot a dup.
