There was a link that used to go around on live off a 100 damage / 20 delay 1hs tagged all/all and no rent. Haven't seen this one before.
 
yeah that crazy 100/20 w/ insane stats was offa Lord Sseru, looked wicked but was unequippable by any players. Looked nice on pets though~

The sad thing is that ratio, minus the bane damage and mods, isn't even that good compared to oow/don high end.
 
Zirvane drops that a sword with that graphic here. Best 2hander on WR that I know of. Look up Wyset's wanelo for more information.
 
That was from a GM event from WAY WAY back on live. It was no rent. I heard rumor that there were a few still out there on corpses that people would continuously /duel themselves to death to maintain. However, I heard that a while ago, and who really knows for sure...

No, it was from a Paladin quest mob in Plane of Sky. Kreugen from FoH left a /duel-killed corpse until the BotB and won the Veeshan tournament with that sword.

It was 1H, had the Soulfire graphic and did 120/20 with no stats. It was also no rent. Everyone assumed he was using Soulfire or something, which is why he won without GMs interfering.
