looking for a definitive answer... do FT items stack?

Back when I started this server a few months ago I heard that FT does not stack, and that only the highest one takes hold. But now, I have heard otherwise, and the wiki shows that they stack. So, can anyone tell me definitively one way or another? I would prefer a quote from Wiz or some other game dev, rather than word of mouth. Thanks.

They do stack. Fifteen is the max amount of FT that will take effect while in combat, 30 while out of combat.
 
FT stacks, but is only effective up to 15 while in combat. Out of combat, there's no limit.

What about regular medding and buffs like bard songs, Lich and KEI?

I am told there is a cap In Combat for all mana regen. Are each capped seperately, or is it a total in combat regen per tick cap. What are those caps? Anyone know?
 
combat mana regen is 30.
Out of combat it's 60 iirc.

This includes all mana regen buffs/songs.
 
I'm pretty sure that lich is not affected by the 30 in combat / 60 out of combat, in order to give necros their place as fastest mana regenners, but definite answer would be nice.
 
That's right, I'd almost forgotten about the lich line being the exception.

Going along the same lines, is there a regen cap in combat and no cap outside of combat? I'm refering to the regen items (the name eludes me, cause I don't think it's just called Regen).
 
Hate Snape, someone DT him ! Old Dumbeldore was better than new, but killing him was just mean!
 
snape didnt want to kill dumbledore... he was pretty POd about having to do it. Dumbedore begged him to, as it was the only way for snape to remain a spy (and alive) and Draco to live.

This only includes songs/buffs. FT cap is a seperate one. (Just to clear up things)
