login problems

i just finished my eq subscription, and i have downloaded your stuff, but when i click wrpatcher i get sent to the eula and into eq? what do i need to fix?

same prob

I run patcher and it sends me to EULA screen but does not allow me too use curser over it to click a button and freezes my computer.
