login problem after patching today

ok so i was trying to login and it kept kicking me back to the account name part so i went to the eq patcher and downloaded about a 15 minute update then go back to sod and try to log in. after it does its patcher thang it goes full screen to the newer looking eq server selection and freezes with me not being able to click anything and having to restart my computer. before i downloaded this new patch it would go directly from the sod patcher to a windowed game that had the old old old login screen. no idea whats causing this any help is appreciated.

You might have to change the address you are pointing to in your EQ directory. Sounds like you are being directed to the Company patcher instead of SoD. In the instructions for setting up SoD the right ISP address should be mentioned.
