Login help

Hey, I probably haven't played in like a year or so. But I sort of want to get back into the swing of things.... Unfotunately no matter what I do I can't login at all(doesn't take password, even though I'm spelling it right). I must've tried repatching at least 5 times or so and no luck. Now I want to check my ports and see if my problem is there.

So... as n00bish as this sounds, how the hell do I look up what my ports are set to? Like, what file is it and which folder.. ._.;

This option comes handy when you don't know all the characters on the account, but you do know enough information about the account to have a proof it's yours.
