Notice there is a white arrow that your mouse controls. Notice that you have a grey arrow up in the top left corner of the screen.
Click the screen once with the mouse (which should do nothing but it does) then hold down alt and press the tab button repeatedly until you have control over the grey arrow.
Then use the grey arrow to select the accept box.
Alternately, some people have to hold down alt and press enter to shrink the box from full screen, then alt and enter again (sometimes twice) to return to full screen to gain control over the grey arrow.
It is a GAME problem, not a SoD problem in either case. "The other guys" borked it several years ago and never fixed it. It only happens with some video cards, and not all of the same model do it.
